1) Returns are possible only via self-return. Customer must properly pack and send the product in good condition. Customer paid return pick-up facility may be available in some areas. Call customer service desk to confirm.
2) Products must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories included.
3) For damaged items i.e. items with missing parts or received in damaged condition replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 7 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire or part/s of the product.
4) Due to differing screen resolutions and colour settings (on mobile, tablets, laptops etc) very minor variations in colour may occur. All pictures are taken of actual products, and we cannot take responsibility for such variations.

1) If your address is in a non-serviceable location our customer service will contact you within 24 hours. You may give us different serviceable location address or cancel your order take refund.
2) All orders placed before 4.00 pm will be dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Products shipped usually reach customers within 7 – 8 business days. However delays may occur if delivering to remote locations or due to local festivals / holidays.
